Lighthouse Property Care Pty Ltd trading as Harbourway Consulting
Harbourway Consulting shall supply services including requirements analysis, development of a Scope of Works, and referral services with due professional skill and care.
The Customer is not required to pay any fees or charges to Harbourway Consulting for the supply of these Services. Fees are instead payable by the Service Providers.
Referrals do not constitute a guarantee or assurance of a Service Provider's performance. The Customer is responsible for making their own assessment before engaging a provider.
Each Party must keep confidential any information not in the public domain. Both parties agree to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Harbourway Consulting’s maximum liability in connection with the supply of Services is limited to $500. We are not liable for any loss of profit or consequential damage.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
